STAINLESS STEEL WOOL PREFORMED PARTS
Sleeves, manufactured in alloy stainless steel AISI 434 and AISI 446, can be realised in any weight and sizes according to customer's specification.
We can supply it in four different types: standard, with spring in steel wire, with a paperboard inside, with a knitted mesh inside and in our innovative rigid solutions without springs in order to allow, with low costs, a better insert in silencer's pipe.

STAINLESS STEEL WOOL NEEDLED MAT
Needled mat is manufactured by needle punching a continuous web of 434 stainless steel wool.
This needling process compresses, compacts and makes the stainless steel filaments thick obtaining extra strength and density.
Stainless steel wool Needled mat can be wrapped around a tube or place in other areas of the muffler to displace heat and attenuate the sound and to avoid the leakage of others filling materials.
Material available in a continuous strip on reels in a range of weight from 800gr/m2 to 1200gr/m2 and width from 50mm to 1000mm or in die cut shapes according to customer's specifications and drawings.
Needled mat and die cut shapes can be combined with Basalt or E-glass.

STAINLESS STEEL WOOL TWISTED ROPE
Material available on reels of 10kg and realised in alloy stainless steel AISI 434.
This product is simple wounded on perforated pipes and is very good to avoid the leakage of others filling materials (basalt rock wool,e-glass).
Diameters available from 5mm to 8mm.
